Community
Engage with other parents journeying through the same stage of parenting. Learning from, encouraging, and supporting each along the way.
Food
Each week will be centred around sharing a free meal together.
Childcare
Each week, childcare will be provided free of charge. Parenting is hard and you deserve a break.
Videos/Teaching
Videos and teachings each week will guide participants through a different topic with regard to parenting.
Location
The Alpha Parenting Children and Teenagers course will both be held in the Lion's Room at the Dow Centennial Centre. Childcare will be held in the Scotiabank Room also inside the Dow Centre.
When
Every night will run from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
